Our Socialization Dog School is the only Lifestyle Program in Long Beach that includes real-life urban experiences and training! Canine High School's Dog Socialization School Program is the goal for every pet parent that wants to offer their dog a happy and fulfilled life while maintaining a strong foundation of socialization, training and fitness. Canine High School is the only local training school for dogs in Long Beach that routinely visits iconic public access spaces in Long Beach like the Lighthouse by the Queen Mary, Signal Hill Park, 2nd Street Restaurant Row and many other beautiful destinations throughout our beautiful city. The program includes preparation in these high-difficulty environments for advanced certifications: AKC Community Canine (Advanced CGC) and AKC Urban CGC. Dogs accepted into this program are required to be Dog School Graduates and must hold the AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification to enroll. This is an ongoing lifestyle program that meets the needs for dogs who need a purpose, a job and a social life while their parents tend to their work and life responsibilities. There is no school term, your pup will receive all the necessary preparation to take the AKC Exam at your own pace and you can request to take the exams that you choose if you choose to pursue the certifications. Instead of playing Russian Roulette at the dog park, join our pack of well socialized dogs whose parents are equally responsible and committed to their well-being. Your dog will work with dedicated trainers for public access socialization training, and will participate in amazing public space field trips.
