AKC STAR Puppy Online Course

Welcome to the AKC STAR Puppy Certification Prep Course by k9HS. S.T.A.R. stands for: Socialization, Training, Activity and Responsibility. This is a preparatory course and does not include testing or certification. It is a step-by-step video tutorial course that teaches each behavior on the exam. You can access this on-demand video course anytime, anywhere. This course will teach you in detail how to prepare for the AKC Certification Exam using force-free methods that will strengthen the bond between you and your puppy. The course is designed to be educational and fun for the entire family at the convenience of your own home. Both you and your puppy will learn new important skills. Your puppy will become socialized with both people and other dogs and will have a decreased chance of developing behavioral problems later in life. Each step will be explained in easy-to-follow tutorials that you can practice at your own pace. Certification requirements and testing can be completed locally with any approved evaluator in your town. There's an additional cost for this. Parents currently enrolled in one of our in-person Long Beach School Programs have access to this course and testing FREE of charge. After you and your puppy successfully complete this important yet extremely fun and rewarding online training course, your puppy will become well-behaved and even more of a joy to be with.
